I believe I may have succeeded in an awesome templating system. That is to say, that since I can’t debug the class until I’m finished, I have no idea if it works or not until I finally do use it. I’ll probably have the most trouble with the damn regular expressions.
It is really simple and quite restrictive indeed. I plan on writing an Wiki entry in the help for developing with it after I’m done debugging and testing it.
I said to myself, “How am I’m going to add JavaScript to one page and not add it to every other? It isn’t needed except for a few pages.” The simple step was to create a new header page, but I thought that was a waste of technique to have a thousand header files, when you really only need none.
I told bobman I wasn’t going to make one, but I guess I had to eventually.
