Quest For Magic: Vincent Draft 1

“If you don’t wish to go back then you don’t have to go back. It isn’t my job to consul you with your business. If your hesitant then why did you leave in the first place? But you should beware of the dark fate that falls on their son, Vincent.”

“What happens to him? Tell me because I need to know!” shouted Samith fearing for Vincent’s safety.

“It would be best to kill him since his life will be full of pain and misery till the day he dies. If you don’t then he will grow up to be powerful and strong. He will also blame you for what happens to his family and seek you to destroy you. You think he can’t or won’t but his heart would be blacken from his hate and lost. The town would steal his soul and use him till hate is all that he knows. He will get his revenge on them but only after he killed you.” Stated the spirit in the pool.

“I would never kill him, no manner who he becomes!”

“Is that right? Hmm, his life wouldn’t be better if you saved him from himself. His life will always be hard and he could always become the sixth.”

“The sixth?” asked Samith a little confused.

“You know of who I’m talking about and if you don’t then you would be a fool.” Said the pool then chuckled.
The sound darken Samith’s mind, “Then I will go back and meet the fate that is stored for me since it is my fault that I left.”

“You would have died and Vincent left powerless against those that would see him dead.”

“Who would see him dead?” Asked Samith but the pool was silent and there was nothing he could do so he started to run back to his horse. As he ran he felt something falling into his pocket and he took it out to look at it. It was a long rectangular box with red and black silk covering it. Samith opened the box and looked in. He saw what it was and closed the lid before what was in took hold of him. He heard a whisper, “For him…” then he jumped on his horse and was on his way as fast as the horse would go.
