Damn it, I just realized that I'll need another year before I can graduate. In the Spring I mean, there is a Spring only class that I'll need before I can graduate in the Networking Program. Well, it just means I can complete more of the Internet Application Development Degree before Financial Aid cuts off my free ride. Well, I'll have 12 hours for Fall and 12 hours for Spring. Cites material from Ozarks Technical Community College web site.
- CIT-125
- 3 Credits
- Intro Comp Game Development
- Planning for the development of game development. It would be interesting to take the class and see what is involved. What I already know and what I don't know. The book should be interesting and should help with any future game development I do. I don't have to take the class, but it would be fun.

IAD-130
- 3 Credits
- WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT II
- JavaScript, some Server side, CSS and more. What else do I need to write? Actually, IAD-125, which I'm taking now is too easy. Taking this class should give me more motivation to learn JavaScript and become skilled in it. It isn't just some kiddy language for validating forms. However, I may or may not need to make that clear to the teacher. Also, it would nice to take a programming class that I can't teach myself.
-
NET-290
- 1 Credit
- CO-OP/INTERN/RELATED ELECTIVE
- I don't really need to take this class but I have to prove to myself and hopefully an employer that I don't completely suck. It would also be nice to have some experience in Network Administration.
-
IAD-150
- 3 Credits
- PROGRAMMING AND ANALYSIS I
- C# and design patterns and better programming. It would interesting to formally learn these "advanced" topics for when I enter the professional job market.
-
SOC-101
- 3 Credits
- Introduction to Sociology
- I've taken this class about 3 times now and I've never completed it. The first time was because I stopped going and had to drop or face a 'F'. The second time, I just never showed up the first time and had to drop because... well I didn't know when I was suppose to show up for school so I had to drop all my classes that semester. The third time was online and I would had completed it, but some event happened the first two weeks and I just never caught up with the homework. This fourth time should be the charm... hopefully.
Fall Total: 13 hours
-
NET-251
- 4 Credits
- Advanced Server
- Well, basically, like this is the last required NETwork studies class that I need and it is only a Spring class. After this I'll have completed the Network Degree Program.
-
PHY-105
- 4 Credits
- INTRODUCTION TO PHYSICS
- Some IAD Class and some programming class
Spring Total: 13-16 hours - It isn't easy to plan for Spring since the catalog isn't available.
