WordCamp Dallas 2008 Friday Night Mixer

I posted some pictures to the Gallery.SantosJ.Name, but I figured after watching Matt show it off, that I would try it for myself. I have to say, it actually got passed my loathing of using HTTP uploading. This is the way it should be done!E

The gallery were for people of the WordCamp Dallas 2008, who were in Friday night and wanted to hang out before the big event. I have to say that I enjoyed talking to everyone that I had the pleasure to talking to. It isn’t just about Matt! It is about Lorelle! Okay, maybe not completely, but she was there and very active. I wish I moved around that much, I probably wouldn’t be packing as much weight.

    Jacob,

    I look forwarding to seeing your pics but the file size’s are very large. I think close to 4MB on some. Hope you are having fun!

    Well, it would totally help, if like the thumbnails weren’t just thumbnails of the full picture, but a new file of the exact proportions. I’m going to look at it and see what I can do sometime. It appears it might do everything I need with a few tweaks.

    You know it is all about ME! :D What fun this was and how wonderful to meet you. Your presentation ended up being a big surprise and was eagerly welcomed by all of us code fanatics. Thanks for your work and the photos are great!

    Yeah, thanks. I need to get the rest of the images up, but I think I’m probably going to build my own Photo Gallery, which will probably be a smaller clone of Gallery 1.
