My name is Jacob Santos and I live in Springfield, Missouri. This site is devoted to my web log, picture gallery, and other information about me. I don't blog much about my life, so this is mostly a development blog.

What I Advocate

  • OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)
  • Namespaces in PHP

I have been programming for a number of years and I came to the conclusion that any programming method is acceptable as long as it gets the job done. The price a person pays later will come from how well the implemented the feature. I do not debate Procedural vs OOP, because I have personally have used both. I will try to use classes or objects whenever feasible in my own coding.
