Volume 1
The town council are setting around a long desk with the their backs to the wall and the Beel Diplomacy (and also Recon) team are standing in front of them.
Governor: We absolutely can not meet your demands!
Beel Team Leader: That is too bad! We at the Beel Headquarters would like to have great relationship with this village.
Governor: We have nothing against the Beel Organization but we the people don’t see a need to ally with you at this point of time.
Beel Team Leader: Well, don’t decide now.
Governor: …
Beel Team Leader: We will stay for a while and give you more time to decide.
The Beel Team turned around and walked out the door.

Council Member 1: Are you out of your mind!?!
Governor: We must not ally ourselves with the Beel Organization.
Council Member 2: Why? What do we have to lose?
Governor: Your Freedom.
Council Member 1: So they took the freedom of the other villages that allied with them?
Governor: No, but…
Council Member 3: But what?
Page 3
Governor: We can’t meet their demands!
Council Member 2: Why not? Read off the list.
Council Member 1 reaches for the document and places on his reading glasses.
Council Member 1: First item – 200 for protection services.
Governor: Protection money? Against whom? I’ll tell you, it is protection against the Beel!
The council members frown.
Council Member 3: The Beel Organization has done no wrong in the past.
Council Member 1: Continuing on…
Page 4
The Beel Recon Team Members are outside in private meeting.
Member 1: Do you think they will agree to it?
Leader: They will.
Member 2: What if they don’t?
Leader: That isn’t up to us.
Member 1: We have our orders don’t we?
Leader: Yeah, lets get to them.
The team members split off and travel to the different parts of the village.
Page 5
Council Member 1: Fifth Item – Support in hostile activity.
Governor: They wish to draft our children!
Council Member 2: They are offering us protection against those dreaded creatures and our enemies.
Council Member 3: Yeah, the point is that we have to give up a little of our freedom to receive the benefits.
Council Member 2: We are all okay with that except for you.
Council Member 2: Why do you keep insisting that the Beel Organization is evil?
Council Member 3: (Kindly) We have been friends for years, if you have some piece of evidence that would persuade us then please tell us.
Governor: You pretend like you don’t know!
Page 6
One of the Beel Team Member is hiding behind a building listening to two citizens discuss the recent meeting.
Villager 1: You hear that Beel came recently?
Villager 2: Yeah! Disgusting if you ask me.
Villager 2: What did they want?
Villager 1: Probably a dirty alliance with the filthy pigs.
Villager 2: I don’t want my village to become like the others.
Villager 1: Those dogs! They better not try to start something.
The Beel Team Member (1) leaves and disappears from the scene.

It goes back to the meeting room with the council and mayor. They have finished their debate and are leaving the room. One of the members walks up to the mayor.
Council Member: (while shaking the mayor’s hand) You did a good job!
Mayor: (sadly and preoccupied) Thanks.
The Mayor walks off, leaving the Council Member smiling as he watched him leave.
Page 8-9
The Mayor is standing alone surrounded by damaged buildings and dead bodies lying around. A voice cries out and the Mayor rushes to find the origin of the voice. In fright, he keeps running, hearing the voice cry over and over. The mayor turns around and around and finally stops looking at a girl as she cries out. He covers his ears in pain and wakes up to find that he is sitting in his bed with his hands over his ears.

The Beel team is meeting outside of the city in a small hut. The team members are sitting around the lone table relating the events and conspiracy they took part in.
Leader: So to reiterate the people of the village don’t like us.
Leader: From your report, the majority feeling is distrust and anger for us.
The Team Member nods.
Leader: Your report was that they are amassing food and arms.
The Team Member nods.
Leader: Your report states that they are prepared to battle us in a militia.
The third member nods.
Leader: It looks like the only conclusion will be war if the council doesn’t agree to our terms.
Page 11
The Beel Members walk back into the city, passing the villagers that look at them scared and others with distrust.
They continue up the stairs of the town hall and enter the meeting room to discuss the decision of the Council.
Page 12
Beel Leader: Will you join us?
Council Member: We have decided that…
Mayor: You will have to destroy us before we join you!
Beel Leader: That really isn’t what we wanted to do.
Beel Leader: Do the rest of you agree with the Mayor?
The council hangs their head, while the one who spoke before glares at the mayor.
Page 13
The Beel Members leave and the council explodes.
Council (1): We are doomed!
Council (2): You should be punished for your act of treason.
Council (3): I hope you are happy with destroying the city.
Council (4): All of our plans… ruined by the incompetent fool.
Mayor: What plans?
Council (4): Our only survival is working with the Beel Organization.
Page 14
Mayor: … And you couldn’t discuss them with me?
Council (3): We knew you wouldn’t agree.
Mayor: Of course! It is foolish to think that they would do our bidding.
Council (2): It was to save the village, you have to understand that.
Mayor: They attacked the village for no reason other than the joy of killing innocents.
Council (3): They have changed from 30 years ago.
Mayor: What? They are finally sane?
Page 15
The sight backs out of the council room while they are still arguing and through the window. It follows the Beel Team from the bird eyes view and finally zooms in to the team members as the leave the village.
Page 16
Once the village is almost out of their sights, one of the team members speaks up.
Beel (1): Shouldn’t we attack them?
Leader: No.
Beel (1): But you already know what the headquarters is going to say.
Leader: Yeah. I don’t want to waste my time crushing the life out of all of them.
Beel (2): Funny, I don’t think that would be a waste of time at all.
Page 17
A Beel member walks into an office and hands the Official the report of the village.
Beel member: They are back, sir.
Beel Official: (reading the report) So the mission was a failure.
Beel member: It would seem that way.
Beel Official: Yes, we could make something out of this couldn’t we.
Beel Member: Sir. Should I send for the Recon Team?
Beel Official: No. Tell them I have another assignment for them.
Page 18
Beel Offical: Damn, they still didn’t get the com working.
Beel Offical: Runner!
A meek boy comes running into the room.
Beel Offical: Send for the Peacekeeper Force
The boy runs out of the room and down the hall to the contact rooms.
Page 19
Beel Member: What is it?
Boy: Send for the Peacekeeper Force.
Beel Member: Leave!
The boy jumps and runs out of the room.
In the dorm rooms, the Peacekeeper team gets up from bed.
